The Tourism Industry Meeting is an event that has been connecting the needs of the tourism market for several years now. The conference has become a regular meeting that serves to integrate the environments of local government, business and science. The discussions and conclusions drawn from them support the development of professional and social competences in tourism and the improvement of the services provided.
During this year’s Economic Forum, the tourist capital of Lower Silesia will become a place for discussing a wide range of important issues for the industry. The substantive program of the Tourism Industry Meeting at the Economic Forum in Karpacz will consist of several events that will address, among other things, the type of support that the industry needs after the pandemic, how to shape pro-environmental attitudes in tourism, and how to foster cooperation between local government units for the development of the tourist product. The discussions will also focus on ways to utilize the tourist potential of places, best practices in building cross-border tourist brands, and the phenomenon of wine tourism as the fastest-growing sector of the global tourism industry.
